this is the Emerald Express

you know it, soon you're going to get to know it better.
Stay tuned.

There's a new Vanner in town

...with styles for miles.

I'll post more as soon as I can get over to his place and hang for a while. Sorry Brent, I'll call... promise!

North meets South #2

Wheels of Confusion's Porno Pit?... anybody?

Scott from PA

submits these. So killer to see new, well to me anyway, things...

"It's a factory Chevy Silver Book. Basically the big book of aftermarket to help the chevy truck dealer. Here are the van parts from it. Pretty cool to see how custom vans were so influential in conversion vans in the early days, before they became a standard look by all manufactures by the early 80's."

Thanks Scott... as always, great stuff!

one more set of been seen befores

more of the same, been seen before

everyone has already seen these pics...

but they've never been posted before, dig? Deep man, deep.

wow, a year has passed...

I can't believe it's been that long already. It was a year ago today that I posted this great video of the Van-In that Mark Choiniere put together.

Untitled from Mark Choiniere on Vimeo.

What happened to this year? With summer winding down I'm finding myself a bit nostalgic. There were a lot of big plans made that fell through, too bad. It's just been a tough year all around, I wasn't able to do a lot of the things that I'd hoped to, but I was able to clear a few hurdles that should open up next summer for some more road trippin'. In the mean-time I've got a show van to build! Good things on the horizon.
I've made a lot of great friends from this crazy van thing, and I hope to get to hangout with you all soon.

And a year as a Vandolero, that's something that is pretty special to me... thank you Jay!

Old pics

I haven't been to in forever. There's been a lot of picture posting going on there, thought I'd nab a few and share them here. Thanks to everybody that put them up, if you're sad that they're here just let me know and I'll take them down.
